rec hall at 6:00 - Saturday - Horse Shoes at 10:00
April 16,
April 23 "Spring Cleanup Weekends"
Seasonal campers are invited to come up and help clean up your sites and the rest
of the campground. We will provide food for lunch time cookouts on Saturdays.
April 29-30 "OPENING
WEEKEND"
Stay with us for 2 nights for the discount rate of $33.00/night.
May 6-7 "MOTHERS DAY SPECIAL"
Come enjoy our Mother's
Day dinner on Saturday night at 6:00 in Rec Hall compliments of Homestead Campground. Please bring own plates, utensils &
drinks. No Visitor Fees on Sunday.
May 13-14 "SUPER SPRING BARGAIN WEEKEND"
Stay with us 2 nights at the discount rate of
$33.00/night and you can leave your camper set up on same site for use with your Memorial weekend reservation. Campers must
be unhooked from utilities. Pump out not included. Pot luck dinner in Rec Hall Saturday at 6:00. Please bring a dish to share,
plates, utensils & drinks
May 20-21 "DART WEEKEND"
Compete in our Homestead Dart tournament on Saturday.
Dart practice on Friday night.
May 27-28 "MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND"
Make and take crafts for kids, horse shoe tournaments,
Bingo, & more... , etc. Saturday night social, see weekend schedule posted at office for specific times of all events.
June 3-4
"EASTER WEEKEND"
Bingo. Easter Egg Calcutta Saturday night at 7:30 in Rec Hall. Sunday morning Easter egg hunt for
the kids.
June 10-11
"TOURNAMENT WEEKEND"
Compete for prizes in horseshoes, darts, bean bag, bingo, Hold'em. Events will be based on popular
demand and are weather dependent and may be changed if necessary.
June 17-18 "FATHER'S DAY"
Come enjoy our Father’s Day pancake breakfast
in Rec Hall compliments of Homestead Campground. Please bring own plates, utensils & drinks. No Visitor Fees on
Sunday.
June 25-25
"TRIVIA WEEKEND"
Compete in our team Trivia challenges.
July 1-3 "4TH OF JULY"
Horseshoe tournaments,
crafts for the kids - decorate your bikes for the bike parade, wagon rides, Bingo, Hold'em and more... See weekend schedule
posted at office for specific times of all events.
July 8-9 "BIRTHDAY WEEKEND"
Birthday party with cake at rec hall. Come
celebrate everyone’s birthday with other campers.
July 15-16 "HAWAIIAN WEEKEND"
Make and take crafts in
the Rec Hall - Make "leis" to wear at the Hawaiian social Saturday night. Pot Luck dinner followed by music
at rec hall
July 22-23
"CHRISTMAS IN JULY"
Come to Homestead Campgrounds version of Christmas in July. Kids make x-mas cookies for x-mas party
with gifts. Come to the Rec Hall for our Saturday Christmas Calcutta. All money taken in is returned as prizes.
July 29-30
"KIDS WEEKEND"
Kid’s fun fair. Bouncy castles, water slide, soak the bloke, popcorn, snow cones, and
more. Scavenger hunt, make and take crafts, candy bar bingo, field games, wagon rides and more! Complimentary
s'mores fixings . See weekend schedule posted in office for specific times of events.
August 5-6 "HALLOWEEN WEEKEND"
Make and take costume
making for the kids in Rec Hall Saturday morning. Trick or Treat, Halloween costume party dance. See weekend schedule posted
at office for specific times of events.
August 12-13 “Anniversary Weekend”
Todd & Kim's anniversary getaway weekend.
Normal daytime events will be scheduled but there will be NO NIGHT TIME EVENTS - FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT. Check weekly schedule
for daytime events.
August 19-20 "CALCUTTA WEEKEND"
Buy your Calcutta tickets for a chance to win the grand prize Saturday night.
August 26-27
"GOLF CART RODEO WEEKEND"
Compete in our Golf Cart precision driving competitions. Golf carts not required but encouraged.
This is the one and only time when non-golf cart owners can use golf carts to compete only and participate.
Sept. 2-4 "LABOR
DAY WEEKEND"
Horseshoes, make and take crafts for the kids, tournaments, bingo. See weekend schedule posted at
office for specific times of events.
Sept. 9-10 "THANK YOU WEEKEND BAR-B-QUE"
Come enjoy our "Season End Thank You"
dinner in Rec Hall. Dinner is complementary for paid seasonal guests (includes paid seasonal family members who purchased
seasonal passes). Advanced tickets required. Small fee for weekend campers and must be a registered camper for the weekend.
Please bring plates, utensils & drinks.
Sept. 16-17, Sept. 23-24, Sept. 30-Oct 1,Oct. 7-8 "AUTUMN BARGAIN WEEKENDS"
$33/night* ($66 total)
OR 2 consecutive weekends for $30/night* ($120 total) OR 3 weekends for $27/night* ($162 total) OR 4 weekends for $24/night*
($192 total) – campers may be left set up for the following weekend with paid reservations. Reservations must be pre-paid
in full when reservations made. Campers may not be used during the week. Campers must be unhooked from utilities.
Pump out not included. Please give advanced notice so we may book you on the same site for each weekend. Pot luck dinners
on Saturday Sept 17 & 24 at 6:00 in Rec Hall. Please bring a dish to share, plates, utensils and drinks. Spend the last
couple weekends of the camping season with us!! No potluck dinner on Oct. 1 and Oct. 7.
October
14 is last camping weekend.
Water to sites will be shut off on October 15 at NOON..
