2011 Site Rates We are happy to announce that there are no rate increases this year. Nightly $33.00/night - Holiday's $42.00/night - 3 night min. for Memorial Day, July 4th & Labor day. Weekly $210.00 per week plus tax (non holiday weeks) Monthly $720.00 May, June, Sept, Oct (elec inc.) $780.00 July, Aug (elec included) Full Seasonal $2550.00 (metered elec) Tent sites $28/night Groups of 10 or more campers - $28/night for each site Sites with Lean-to $43/night - Holiday's $52/night Winter storage $150 - Summer storage $3/day  Check in/out time is 2:00 p.m. - Not strictly enforced - You must check with management for approval to come in early or leave late. Any units left on site past the 2:00 checkout time without permission will be charged an extra nights rent. Deposit Policy: A minimum of one night  NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required for every reservation.  Seasonal reservations require a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit.  Cancellation Policy: ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER!   All payments, deposits, down payments, credits of any sort are non-refundable.
